No matter how reliable or expensive, coffee machines need servicing. The machines are covered in rubber, plastic and metal valves and seals which from time to time need lubricating or replacing. Although Rancilio's have exemplary reliability, our engineers are on call if anything should go wrong. We only service Rancilio espresso machines, as our engineers carry all parts with them and have been specifically trained in Rancilio's Milan production plant. This ensures a reliable and quick service for everyone.

We offer three main services with regards to equipment:

One Year Warranty

A full one year parts and labour warranty comes as standard with all equipment supplied by Chartley Coffee Company. You have peace of mind that if anything goes wrong, you can have someone you know sort it out as quickly as possible to minimise the downtime of such a profitable area of your business.

'Parts only' or 'parts and labour' warranties are available to customer who's warranties have expired, or other Rancilio machine owners who wish to have their machine maintained.

If our existing customers wish to extend their warranty, they can do so at a discounted rate as we can be certain that the equipment has been looked after.

Espresso Machine Refurbishment

This is a full overhaul of your Rancilio espresso machine. Stripped down to it's constituent parts where...

• Boiler, piping, valves and elements are de-scaled and brushed to original condition.
• Valves stripped, cleaned, re-lubricated and fitted with new seals.
• Body work and chassis is soaked in industrial detergent and thoroughly cleaned.
• Every part, valve and seal is inspected for cleaning/refitting where appropriate.

By the end, your Rancilio should be back to original working condition for years of ongoing service.

On-Site Service

For either existing customers out of warranty or other Rancilio owners who wish to have a one-off service. Often, a full refurbishment of your machine is not required. Valves can stick, or seals may wear out, requiring a callout from one of our Rancilio engineers, rather than a generic engineer because:

• Our engineers carry all Rancilio certified parts from Italy with them
• All have intimate knowledge of all Rancilio's old and new, especially relevant due to the complexity of the most recent Rancilio product range
• All Rancilio trained
• As certified distributors, we have a reputation as good, reliable people to do business with, so you can rely on us to only service what is required quickly with certified parts

Of course there maybe something else you're looking for which we haven't quite covered here.
