Chartley Coffee have been supplying the Simonelli Master as their bean-to-cup coffee machine for over 6 years now. As a supplier, it is always difficult to choose such technical equipment. We need it to be under complicated so it is reliable, easy to service and easy for the customer to use. However, it also needs to be extra complicated so it can make fresh coffee in large volumes at the same quality as a well operated traditional machine - all at the push of a button! Tried and tested, we happily offer the Simonelli Master as a great alternative to a traditional espresso machine.

The vast majority of our bean-to-cup customers fit into two broad profiles:

1) There are those which don't have particular designated bar staff. Many, for example, are restaurants - where waiters are having to deal with multiple drinks orders of beer, wine and 2 cappuccinos! Being able to press the button and leave it to tend to other orders is invaluable, without a specific trained member of staff.

2) Other customers tend to have premises with a large turnover of staff, where training and re-training staff is not a practical option. The Simonelli Master insures consistent quality, whatever the ability or experience of your staff.

Two espressos  made at onceBuilt in knockout drawerThis of course applies to all bean-to-cup machines! The Simonelli Master, however, contains all the features you need and want. It operates with fresh espresso beans and fresh milk. No wastage and always fresh, it grinds the pre-programmed amount or coffee, extracts for the programmed amount of time, empties into the self contained knock-out drawer, while sucking up and frothing the pre-programmed volume of milk!

Alongside this functionality, the machine also contains many functions to ease day to day routines, including - delivery counter, automatic wash cycles, programmed on and off times, a self diagnostic error system and many others.

Even more so than with traditional espresso coffee machines, the need for a reliable experienced service team is paramount. The machines are extremely complex in comparison, differ hugely in parts and mechanisms from make to make and are consequentially very specialist. All of our engineers have been to the production plant in Italy for specific training, and carry all Simonelli parts with them.
